The wars in Ukraine and some countries in Africa ultimately favor the arms companies, the real winner, the world's largest arms company, Lockheed Martin, saw its shares rise by 23.3% during the past year, this means that the value of the company has increased by about 24 billion dollars in one year. The Covid-19 epidemic which killed a total of 6,889,743 people (source statista as of April 6, 2023) allowed pharmaceutical companies to make enormous profits thanks to vaccines such as the major pharmaceutical groups Pfizer, BioNTech and Moderna (Oxfam France , March 14, 2022). The business of death is profitable for these companies but who are the real winners? It's just a few powerful families who own these businesses and control the various currencies through the banks around the world. Their strength lies in disorder and chaos.

2. Tier: The second tier represents the category of "idols", celebrities, political and religious authorities who are used to control the base.

Level: The top of the pyramid is reserved for the category of "elites" who have acquired Knowledge, Knowledge and they use it to control the mass (base) through idols.

In the creation of the new federal state, the big difference that will stand out from other democratic states is the relationship between the judiciary and the powers; executive and legislative. The judiciary will not be subject to the executive power and will be totally independent, its head called "the guide" will be an elected representative of the people. Justice or the principle of Maat among the ancient Egyptians is the manifestation or the expression of the truth, it makes it possible to note an imbalance among the forces present and can act in order to restore the balance. He will have a term of office for life, which will guarantee his independence from the legislative power and the executive power. Then the second important fact is the control of the federal intelligence service.

Each of these three powers can and must control each other, the members of the judiciary can bring legal action against the legislative power and the executive power, either by a civil demand or by a demand on behalf of the state.
